DMV Portal
The DMV portal lets community members register and manage their in-game characters, vehicles, and firearms.
All records are stored in SmartCAD's database and are accessible to officers during NCIC/State searches in the Mobile CAD.
My Records
The portal landing page is My Records, organized into three tabs:

Each tab is a sortable, searchable table with pagination. The Vehicles and Firearms tabs include a Filter by Owner dropdown to narrow records to a single character.
Use the edit and delete icons on any row to update or remove a record.
Registering records
The top navigation has Register ID, Register Vehicle, and Register Firearm links. Each opens a dialog form:
- Register ID — creates a character: name, date of birth, address, physical description, race, contact, optional ID photo, and license details. A Social Security Number and Driver's License ID are generated automatically. The available license classes are configured under Oversight → Configuration → License Classes.
- Register Vehicle — registers a vehicle to a character: make, model, year, color, plate, and plate state. A VIN is generated automatically. Insurance and LoJack can be recorded.
- Register Firearm — registers a firearm to a character: make and model. A serial number is generated automatically.
Each form validates required fields before submitting. On success the dialog closes and the relevant table refreshes.
Call 911
The Call 911 button in the top navigation opens a dialog for filing a civilian 911 call: caller, call type, location (with street autocomplete and a map pin), and a description. Calls appear in the Mobile CAD for officers and dispatch.
